Those of you who have been relying on us over the
years may realize that we have resisted raising our
prices to account for increased costs, such that we
have not changed our fees or rates in our
central
service area since 2003.
As of January 1, 2013, we have had to adjust the
pricing for service calls to address a decade's
worth of changes in the economy and to our industry.
On the plus side, we have discounted the initial
dispatch fee by $5.00, so that the price for a half
hour service call will remain unchanged. While our
hourly rate has been raised $10, it is still less
than $100, and therefore well below our competition.
And as always, we refuse to engage in hidden
gimmicks like "two-technician minimum," "one-hour
minimum," "fuel" or other bill-inflating surcharges.
It is hoped that by only doing what is absolutely
necessary to continue to provide the quality of
service you have been able to rely upon, that you
will continue to appreciate the value of entrusting
us to remain your electrician in the San Diego area.
